Introduction:
Fluid Jet Integrated Machine is a kind of motionless industrial fluid processing equipment that integrates multiple functions such as fluid suction, mixing, pressurization and jetting. It relies on the negative pressure effect generated by high-speed jet to complete multi-process operations, greatly simplifying the structure of traditional fluid processing systems.
Principle:
Based on the Venturi effect and momentum exchange principle, the high-pressure working fluid is accelerated through the nozzle to form a high-speed jet.
A local negative pressure is formed in the mixing chamber, which automatically sucks in the entrained fluid to be treated.
The two fluids are fully mixed in the diffuser section, decelerated and pressurized, and then discharged uniformly. The whole process does not involve any mechanical transmission components.
Advantage:
The equipment features a compact structure and small footprint, saving over 70% of the floor space and installation space compared with traditional split systems.
There are no mechanical transmission components in the equipment, featuring low operation noise, no lubricating oil consumption, and a maintenance interval of over 12 months.
Its energy consumption is far lower than that of the traditional vacuum pump combined system, and the initial investment and subsequent operation & maintenance costs are greatly reduced.
It supports low-position installation, with a minimum installation height of only 4.5 meters, which is suitable for scenarios with limited factory space.
Application Fields:
Chemical, pharmaceutical and sugar industries' vacuum evaporation, filtration, crystallization and deodorization processes.
In the field of environmental water treatment, dissolved air flotation, chemical dosing and mixing, sludge recirculation and conveying.
In the scenarios of new energy and automobile manufacturing, the processes include precise fluid delivery, sealing and heat-conducting medium mixing, and precision cleaning process.
Scenarios of corrosive fluid transportation, tail gas absorption and gas-liquid rapid reaction under strong corrosion working conditions.
