Effect:
The fluid polishing machine breaks through the traditional processing mode. With the extrusion flow method, it can achieve mirror polishing and deburring effects on special-shaped, irregular surfaces, inner holes, slits and micro-hole workpieces.
Technology:
Fluid polishing technology adopts the latest grinding and polishing process. It can carry out detailed grinding treatment according to various technical requirements, and also achieve the final goal of mirror polishing or solve the difficult problem of surface treatment adhesion based on different material characteristics and pre-treatment conditions.
Principle:
Its principle is to mix soft resin with high-fluidity liquid glue, then selectively add abrasive particles according to grinding or polishing requirements. This produces a very special soft flowing abrasive. With the characteristics of fluidity and high-content encapsulated abrasive powder, it passes through the workpiece surface in a reciprocating up-and-down motion.
Method:
AFM polishing places the workpiece on the machine's worktable. After clamping it with a jig, the abrasive cylinder and fixing seat above the machine are tightly fixed downward by the hydraulic cylinder. After the middle upper and lower abrasive cylinders are fully filled with abrasive, the abrasive flows upward from the bottom to the top, then flows downward from the top. Through this up-and-down reciprocating motion mode, the polishing effect is achieved by setting the number of flow cycles and flow volume.
New Series of Fluid Polishing Machines
1、Brand New Control System: The whole machine adopts German ROSE and BOPLA control boxes, which meet high rigidity requirements and European safety standards. The operation interface uses highly sensitive systems from Japan Fuji & Mitsubishi with optimal response and multiple functions, and can store more than 10 sets of parameter settings.
2、Automatic Pressure Setting System: The whole machine adopts an independent control pressure setting system, whose pressure stability is higher than that of ordinary manual pressure regulation. It allows users to independently set or lock pressure parameters to avoid mechanical failures caused by excessive pressure.
3、Multi-function Setting Mode: Traditional ordinary AFM machines only adopt a single operation mode setting, which cannot meet various polishing requirements for different workpieces. HSIHWA company designs the machine with four selectable operation modes, including time mode, flow mode, one-way polishing mode and fully automatic mode.
Fully Automatic Mode: The fully automatic polishing mode innovated by HSIHWA. This mode is highly suitable for large-scale mass production and small-batch diversified workpieces, and it acts as a foolproof device to avoid operation errors on the production line. The operation is extremely simple: you only need to input the workpiece code, and the machine will perform automatic polishing according to the parameters corresponding to the code. All pressure, time and cycle times are fully automatically identified, no repeated setting or testing is required. It enables ordinary operators to run the equipment easily, greatly improving the automation capability of the machine.
4、Safety Light Curtain: For the AFM equipment with high-pressure tight continuous operation, during workpiece placement and operation, the clamping cylinder pressure ranges from 1200psi to 2500psi. The working area must be equipped with safety light curtain sensing to prevent hand or foreign object intrusion that causes work-related injuries. The safety light curtain is a protective device that meets international standard requirements.
5、Stainless Steel Countertop: It prevents rust generation and foreign matter adhesion in the working area. HSIHWA designs and uses stainless steel tabletop, which has far better performance than ordinary plastic or baking varnish counterparts. It is extremely convenient for abrasive cleaning without any residue.
6、Intelligent Hydraulic System: The whole machine adopts variable pump and high-power cooling fan, featuring low noise. The high-efficiency hydraulic system design supports optional low-pressure polishing (below 10kgs) or high-pressure polishing (above 170kgs), which is suitable for all special application requirements.
