Introduction:

The mirror spray polishing and fluid polishing machine combination machine is a composite industrial surface treatment equipment that integrates two ultra-precision polishing processes. It can take into account the outer surface mirror polishing and complex inner cavity flexible processing, greatly improving the overall processing efficiency of precision parts and the consistency of finished products.


Principle:

Mirror jetting unit: Accelerates micron-level abrasive to supersonic speed through compressed air, impacting the outer surface of the workpiece at a precise angle, non-contact machining surface roughness, and avoids scratches caused by traditional grinding.

Fluid polishing unit: Driven by viscoelastic abrasive, it repeatedly flows through the inner cavity of the workpiece, and uniformly handles the parts that cannot be reached by traditional tools such as cross holes and special-shaped cavities through micro-cutting and hydrodynamic effects.

Combination coordination mechanism: First, deburring and rough polishing of inner holes and deep cavities are completed through fluid polishing, and then high-speed fine polishing is carried out on the outer surface by the mirror spray unit. The two processes are completed in the same equipment without secondary clamping.

Full-dimensional coverage: simultaneously solve the two major problems of mirror effect on the outer surface and uniform polishing of complex inner holes.

Low processing damage: no rigid tool contact throughout the process, avoiding mechanical stress concentration and thermal deformation, especially suitable for thin-walled parts, cemented carbide and other easily deformed materials.

Significant improvement in efficiency: Compared with single-device step-by-step processing, the overall process efficiency is improved, and the whole process can be completed with a single clamping.

Adjustable parameters: support multi-dimensional parameter customization such as abrasive particle size, injection pressure, fluid flow rate, etc., to adapt to different materials and processing accuracy requirements.
