Introduction:
HSIHWA develops and produces special grinding and polishing soft materials by itself; the raw materials are imported from Europe, America and made in Taiwan. It has the advantages of "high fluidity", "uniform grinding and polishing surface", "good bonding" and "mirror treatment effect".
Features:
1. Super combination effect:
The abrasive is produced with high-precision equipment and its bonding can reach 100%; the high content of the abrasive can reach more than 90% according to the application requirements. The abrasive powder has cost-saving and fast processing effects, unlike ordinary low-content ordinary resins.
High concentration can accelerate the cutting force, which is faster than the polishing speed of ordinary abrasives, and has good bonding life, which is longer than that of ordinary abrasives and is not easy to precipitate.

2. High liquidity:
According to the aperture and workpiece size (0.05mm~ 500mm) can choose soft and hard different fluidity compound.
Hard NO5: about 80 degrees (rubber hardness) for large die stamping parts.
Medium hard NO4: about 60 degrees (rubber hardness) suitable for large hole casting auto parts.
Medium N03: about 40 degrees (rubber hardness) mold, needle and thread parts.
Soft N02: about 10-15 degrees (rubber hardness) to remove burrs, grind inner holes and polish.
Extra soft NO1: (liquid) pores, slits, fuel injectors, semiconductor workpieces.

3. Evenly grind the polished surface:
Abrasive particles can be selected emery, boron carbide, diamond high cutting effect to achieve rapid grinding, polishing, burring, chamfering effect.
The particle size can be provided from mesh number #8 (about 4.62mm on average) to mesh number #1200 (0.015mm) to achieve different effects.

4. Mirror treatment effect:
HSI HWA uses super-grade stone particles and special polishing powder to polish special workpieces and achieve mirror effect.
M03 > For tungsten steel workpieces, the polishing removal amount is 25~ 40um, and the surface brightness can reach Ra0.08um.
F02 > Precision die continuous die requires high precision work, surface treatment and polishing can reach up to Ra0.04um surface roughness, and the removal amount is about 10um.
