When we make 3D printed products, we often encounter the problem of polishing the inner hole to remove the roughness. With the naked eye, we can see that the surface of the inner wall is very rough, just like sandpaper, and such products cannot meet the standards for use at all.

Before polishing
It would be too impractical to polish the inner holes of the mold manually. The shape of the inner holes of the mold is complicated, and some places are particularly narrow. It is difficult to operate manually, and the efficiency is pitifully low. It is difficult to ensure that every place can be thrown evenly and smoothly.

Fortunately, we have the good method of Hsihwa abrasive flow polishing. Fix the mold well, let the abrasive enter the inner hole through pressure to polish, and polish the rough surface little by little after more than ten minutes.

After polishing
After polishing, we went to observe the inner wall. Wow, the effect is so obvious! The original rough inner wall has become smooth as a mirror, and the overall finish has been improved by several grades. With Hsihwa abrasive flow polishing technology, we no longer have to worry about polishing the inner hole of the mold. The efficiency is improved and the quality is guaranteed!
